Workers’ Compensation The benefits under this Plan are not designed to duplicate benefits that you are eligible for under Workers’ Compensation Law. All money paid or owed by Workers’ Compensation for services provided to you shall be paid back by, or on your behalf of to the Plan if it has made or makes payment for the services received. It is understood that coverage under this Plan does not replace or affect any Workers’ Compensation coverage requirements.
