Life Insurance 03 Life Insurance administration will move from The Hartford to Voya for 2026. Premiums will remain the same! If everyone on your plan is over age 65 and you are making no changes to your coverage, then no action is needed!

2026 Health Plan Your Retiree Health Plan design will not change for 2026. Your monthly premiums for combined medical and prescription coverage can be found to the right. Please note this premium does NOT include your Medicare Part B premium. Your dental & life insurance premiums will not change for 2026! Prescription Benefits Information Sessions Remember to review your beneficiary information and ensure we have the correct information for our records! Please contact our office for a Beneficiary Change form. Your prescription drug benefits under the Medicare Part D program will continue to be administered by Express Scripts. If you need a replacement insurance card, please contact Express Scripts at 1-855-315-8526.
