Increases to monthly medical premiums For the 2027 plan year, monthly medical premiums are increasing: • Employee only: + $42/month • Employee + child(ren): + $94/month • Employee + family: + $113/month See Medical Plan Costs PPO plan design changes PPO Plan: Rx out-of-pocket maximum will no longer be separate from the medical OOPM; will be integrated with medical OOPM in 2027. There are deductible & out-of-pocket maximum increases. See Medical Plan Coverage Prescriptions: increased copays and specialty providers Increases to minimum copays per fill. There is a carveout for Tier 4 specialty drugs to Archimedes. There is a flat $250 copay per fill, and all current patients will receive letter from Archimedes with instructions on how to order prescriptions directly.
