2. DEFINITIONS · any person who is insured as an Employee; or · any person residing outside the United States or Canada. This exclusion does not apply to your Spouse who resides with you while you are on a temporary work assignment outside the United States. Treatment means a Physician's consultation, care or services; diagnostic measures; or the prescription, refill or taking of prescribed drugs or medicines. We, Us, Our (we, us, our) means Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. Written or Writing means a record which is on or transmitted by paper, electronic or telephonic media, and which is consistent with applicable law.
