11. GENERAL PROVISIONS STATEMENTS Are statements warranties? In the absence of fraud, all statements made in any application are considered representations and not warranties. No representation by you in enrolling for insurance under the Policy will be used to reduce or deny a claim unless a copy of your Written application for insurance is or has been given to you, your beneficiary, if any, or your estate representative. TIME PERIODS What time periods apply to this Certificate?
