Section 1301 et seq, to share Your personal health information in exercising these Subrogation and Reimbursement provisions. The Plan is entitled to recover its attorney’s fees and costs incurred in enforcing its rights under these Subrogation and Reimbursement provisions. Discretion The Plan Administrator has sole discretion to interpret the terms of the Subrogation and Reimbursement provisions of this Plan in its entirety and reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary.
