111 No agent or other person, except an authorized officer of the Employer, is able to disregard any conditions or restrictions contained in this Booklet, to extend the amount of time for making a payment to the Plan, or to bind the Plan by making any promise or representation or by giving or receiving any information. Workers’ Compensation The benefits under this Plan are not designed to duplicate benefits that you are eligible for under Workers’ Compensation Law. All money paid or owed by Workers’ Compensation for services provided to you shall be paid back by, or on your behalf of to the Plan if it has made or makes payment for the services received. It is understood that coverage under this Plan does not replace or affect any Workers’ Compensation coverage requirements.
