107 If, due to an illness or injury caused or aggravated by your military service, you cannot return to work within the time frames stated above, you may take up to: 1. Two years; or 2. As soon as reasonably possible if, for reasons beyond your control you cannot return within two years because you are recovering from such illness or injury. If your coverage under the Plan is reinstated, all terms and conditions of the Plan will apply to the extent that they would have applied if you had not taken military leave and your coverage had been continuous.
