(10) the date you reside outside the United States or Canada. We will consider you residing outside of these countries if you have been outside the United States or Canada for a total period of 3 months or more during any 6 consecutive months of your receipt of Monthly Benefits under the Policy. RECURRENT DISABILITY: If, after a period of Total Disability for which benefits are payable, you return to Active Work for at least six (6) consecutive months, any recurrent Total Disability for the same or related cause will be part of a new period of Total Disability. A new Elimination Period must be completed before any further Monthly Benefits are payable. If you return to Active Work for less than six (6) months, a recurrent Total Disability for the same or related cause will be part of the same Total Disability. A new Elimination Period is not required. Our liability for the entire period will be subject to the terms of the Policy for the original period of Total Disability.
