MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF SUPPLEMENTAL SPOUSE LIFE INSURANCE $250,000 not to exceed 50% of the Supplemental Employee life insurance amount in force BENEFIT REDUCTIONS The Spouse insurance amount will decrease as follows:  To 45% of the original amount on your 70th birthday.  To 30% of the original amount on your 75th birthday.  To 20% of the original amount on your 80th birthday.  To 15% of the original amount on your 85th birthday.  To 10% of the original amount on your 90th birthday.
