The Policyholder is responsible for notifying the Insured of the termination of the Policy. Termination of the insurance of any Insured Person will be without prejudice to any claim originating before the date of termination. CERTIFICATE The Company will furnish the Certificate to the Policyholder for the Insured which will set forth the essential features of the insurance coverage. ADDITIONAL INSUREDS Insured Persons may be added at any time if they meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Policyholder’s application, complete an enrollment form, if required, and pay any required premium. INCORPORATION PROVISION The provisions of the attached Certificate and all Rider(s) issued with the Policy or to amend the Policy after the Policy Effective Date are made a part of the Policy.
