Helping Your Employees Live Without Knee or Hip Pain

This document from Anthem outlines how employees can access designated orthopedic network facilities for knee and hip pain relief through the HealthSync Options POS 3-tiered plan.

Helping your employees live life without knee or hip pain When other treatment options for your employees’ knee and hip pain don’t provide relief, it may be time for surgery. As part of the HealthSync Options POS 3-tiered plan, employees have access to select Designated Orthopedic Network facilities for hip and knee replacements (for their primary procedure and/or revision surgery). This special Designated Network ensures employees can receive high quality care, and lower costs. If one of your employees needs a hip or knee replacement and/or revision, they may see a provider at one of the Designated Orthopedic Network facilities listed at anthem.com/indianahealthsync/. 1. Please refer members to Find Care at anthem.com for specific facility pricing. 2 If a surgery is already authorized before 1/1/26, it may proceed as scheduled. Eligible hip and knee surgeries and revisions at one of these Designated Orthopedic Network facilities will be covered under the employees' benefit plan, with normal cost-sharing (such as deductibles or coinsurance) applying.
