ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS Premiums All premium rates are expressed in, and all premiums are payable in, United States currency. The premiums for this Policy will be based on the rates set forth in the Policy, the plan and amounts of insurance in effect. If Your insurance amounts are reduced due to age, premium will be based on the amounts of insurance in force on the day after the reduction took place. Draft Accounts The Insurance Company shall be entitled to retain, as part of its compensation, any earnings on draft accounts created in connection with benefit claims, in excess of interest credited under the terms of the policy.
