"Dependents" as used in the DEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE section, means: (1) an Insured's legal spouse who is not legally separated or divorced from the Insured; and (2) an Insured's child(ren), from birth to 26 years, including natural children, legally adopted children, children who are dependent on the Insured during the waiting period before adoption, stepchildren, and foster children. Foster children must be in the Insured’s custody to be considered a Dependent; and (3) an Insured's child(ren) beyond the limiting age who is incapable of self-sustaining employment by reason of intellectual disability or physical handicap and who is chiefly dependent on the Insured for support and maintenance. "Injury" means accidental bodily injury to an Insured that is caused directly and independently of all other causes by accidental means and which occurs while the Insured's coverage under this Policy is in force.
