SECTION9-INDIVIDUALTERMINATIONS Personal Insurance terminates on the earliest of the following dates: 1) the date the policy is terminated; 2) the last day of the Coverage Month in which You request termination but not prior to the date of the request; 3) the last day of the Coverage Month for which any required premium payment was not received by AUL; 4) the last day of the Coverage Month during which You cease to be eligible, see Eligibility, Section 3 and Section 3A, if any; 5) the last day of the Coverage Month during which You become a Retiree, unless the Schedule of Benefits includes a specific classification for Retirees; 6) the last day of the Coverage Month during which You enter active military service for any country except for temporary duty of 30 days or less; 7) the last day of the Coverage Month during which You cease Active Work, except for an event listed in the policy in Continuation of Insurance, Section 7; or 8) the date of an adverse benefit determination under the Waiver of Premium provisions, if applicable.
