As administrator, First American Administrators, Inc., is authorized to process claim payments, and perform other services, according to the terms of its agreement with the insurance company. First American Administrators, Inc. is not the insurance company or the policyholder. 2. The policyholder is the entity to whom the insurance policy has been issued. The policyholder is identified on either the face page or schedule page of the policy or certificate. 3. Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company is liable for the funds to pay your insurance claims. As First American Administrators, Inc. is authorized to process claims for the insurance company, they will do so promptly. In the event there are delays in claims processing, you will have no greater rights to interest or other remedies against First American Administrators, Inc. than would otherwise be afforded to you by law.
