27 XXIX. REHABILITATION BENEFIT A. While you are Disabled, you may qualify to participate in a Rehabilitation Plan. Rehabilitation Plan means a written plan, program or course of medical treatment or vocational training or education that is intended to prepare you to return to work full time. B. To participate in a Rehabilitation Plan, you must apply in a letter to us. The terms, conditions and objectives of the plan must be accepted by you and approved by us in advance. We have the sole discretion to evaluate, approve and/or terminate your Rehabilitation Plan at any time. C. While you are participating in an approved Rehabilitation Plan, your LTD Benefit will be reduced by 50% of any income earned by you for work done under the Rehabilitation Plan. If the sum of your Gross LTD Benefit and Work Earnings exceeds 100% of Predisability Earnings, the excess will be included in Deductible Income. At no time will LTD Benefits be paid beyond the Maximum Benefit Period or be less than the Minimum Monthly Benefit. GLDI-C6300-(12/06)
