Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act, both at work and in our personal lives. By raising awareness, we help break the stigma around mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind each other that it’s okay to ask for help. This month, let’s take time to check in with ourselves and one another, and explore the resources available to support our mental wellness. Here are a few simple steps you can take to improve your mental fitness: • Take breaks and set boundaries to recharge throughout the day • Get regular physical activity, even just a short walk each day • Stay connected with coworkers, friends, or family members • Practice mindfulness or meditation to manage stress • Get enough sleep and prioritize rest Reach out for help if you’re feeling overwhelmed—taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body!
