Employees All full-time employees working 7 hours or more per day & work more than 183 days per school year are eligible for the benefits program. You may insure yourself and eligible family members under the program. Spouse & Legal Dependents Your legal spouse and children are eligible for medical, dental, and vision to age 26. Your children of any age are also eligible if they are incapable of self-support due to a disability. You will be required to provide proof of eligibility for your spouse and children. If your spouse or dependent children become ineligible for coverage during the year your must contact HR within 30 days.
