Waiting Period means the period of time that must pass before coverage becomes effective for an Employee or Dependent who is otherwise eligible to enroll under the terms of this Plan. Refer to the Eligibility and Enrollment section of this Plan to determine if a Waiting Period applies. Walk-In Retail Health Clinics means health clinics located in retail stores, supermarkets, or pharmacies that provide a limited scope of preventive and/or clinical services to treat routine family Illnesses. Such a clinic must be operating under applicable state and local regulations and overseen by a Physician where required by law. You / Your means the Employee. -127- 7670-00-413597
