91. Workers’ Compensation: Health care services for which other coverage is required by federal, state, or local law to be bought or provided through other arrangements. This includes coverage required by workers’ compensation or similar legislation. This exclusion does not apply to employers that are not required by law to buy or provide, through other arrangements, workers’ compensation insurance for employees, owners, and/or partners. 92. Wrong Surgeries: Additional costs and/or care related to wrong surgeries. Wrong surgeries include, but are not limited to, surgery performed on the wrong body part, surgery performed on the wrong person, objects left in patients after surgery, etc. The Plan does not limit a Covered Person’s right to choose his or her own medical care. If a medical expense is not a covered benefit, or is subject to a limitation or exclusion, a Covered Person still has the right and privilege to receive such medical service or supply at the Covered Person’s own personal expense. -96- 7670-00-413597
