SM Start with the Sydney Health app. The Sydney Health app Receive quick access to your health plan information — all in one place. It also offers you quick ways to get right to the speci昀椀c information about your bene昀椀ts and offers two types of chats for a faster way to 昀椀nd what you need. How to use the interactive chat: Download the Sydney Health app and register or log in to your account using your Anthem username and password. Next look for the interactive chat feature icon, and then type in your questions. Live Chat lets you connect with a live representative Available on Sydney Health or anthem.com, representatives can answer your bene昀椀t questions or connect you with others who can help. How to use Live Chat: For Sydney Health – Go to the Menu tab and under Get Support, select Start a live chat. For anthem.com – Choose Live Chat under the Support tab. The Sydney Health My Health Dashboard This is the place to 昀椀nd personalized support and health topics that interest you, useful health and wellness tips, and individualized action plans that can help you reach your goals. You can also 昀椀nd and connect with clinical and well-being programs for help with conditions such as pregnancy and heart disease. How to use My Health Dashboard: For Sydney Health – Go to the Menu tab and and tap My Health Dashboard. For anthem.com – Choose My Health Dashboard from the top navigation menu. The Anthem Skill for Alexa virtual assistant technology If you have an Alexa-ready device, such as an Amazon Echo or the app on your mobile device, you can use The Anthem Skill to get information about your Anthem health plan. Just say, “Alexa, ask Anthem ...” to start using The Skill. ® ™ 1. Download the Amazon Alexa app from the App Store or Google Play . 2. Go to Skills and Games and search for The Anthem Skill. Then tap Enable to Use. 3. Enter your Anthem username and password to link The Skill with your Anthem account. 4. Set up your Alexa voice profile and passcode if you haven’t already. 5.
