PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND AUTOPSY: At our own expense, we have the right to have you or your Insured Dependent examined as often as reasonably necessary when a claim is pending. We can also have an autopsy performed unless prohibited by law. LEGAL ACTION: No legal action may be brought against us to recover on the Policy within 60 days after written proof of claim has been given as required by the Policy.
