PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND AUTOPSY: At our own expense, we have the right to have the Insured examined as often as reasonably necessary when a claim is pending. We can also have an autopsy performed unless prohibited by law. LEGAL ACTION: No legal action may be brought against us to recover on this Policy within 60 days after written proof of claim has been given as required by this Policy.
