During Open Enrollment, which runs from February 6 to February 14, 2025, employees can enroll in or make changes to their benefits. Open Enrollment for 2025-26 is passive, meaning if no changes are made, current elections will automatically roll over. However, it’s still the only time of year to adjust benefits unless a qualifying life event occurs. Any changes made will take effect on March 1, 2025.
