NOTE: All these features may not be available in all states. For a list of restricted features and states, consult your MetLife benefits representative. Personalized Home Page* • After registering on the site, the employee will receive a personalized page that presents the products and services available to him or her as well as messages about recent transactions conducted and a summary of the benefits the employee has selected. My Profile Page* • This page features profile information about the user. • Users can edit their communication preferences and user agreements including e-consent. • The employee can choose to receive information and important updates via email, SMS, or direct mail, when applicable (may vary depending on product). By law, MetLife is required to distribute certain documentation through direct mail.
