Mobile App User Guide About the Navitus Mobile App With the Navitus mobile app, you can find nearby pharmacies, check medication costs, manage your prescriptions, view your digital ID card and better understand your pharmacy benefits. Our app is designed to be easy to use and helps you take control of your healthcare. In this guide, you will learn: Where to download the app The Navitus mobile app is available for both Android and iOS operating systems. How to register for the app With an easy registration interface, you’ll be ready to use the Navitus mobile app in minutes. Mobile App User Guide Registration You can register with or without your member ID. To begin, select “Register Now” on the app’s home screen. If you are registerd to use the Navitus member portal, you can log into the mobile app with the same username and password you created for the portal. There is no need to register again. Complete the following four-step process to register: Enter personal information screen STEP 1 Enter personal information. Enter your personal information and click “Next” . Confirm your identity screen STEP 2 Confirm your identity. Confirm your identity by entering your member ID. If you don’t know it, click on the link that says “Don’t have your Member ID” . You will then be asked a series of personal questions to confirm your identity. Choose login criteria screen STEP 3 Choose login criteria. Set up your account by entering in your email address and choosing a password that meets the password requirements listed on the screen. Verify email screen STEP 4 Verify your email address. • Tools Mobile App User Guide Features Cost & Coverage You can use the Cost & Coverage feature to search for a drug and check if it is covered by your plan. The tool will also show you the generic and brand version of the drug if applicable. Drug search STEP 1 Enter drug name Search for a drug by typing the name of the drug in the search box. As you type, results will begin to appear. Drug selection STEP 2 Select correct drug Select the correct drug from the list that appears. Select drug dosage STEP 3 Select drug dosage In the drop-down field under “Make a Selection”, choose the correct dosage of the medication. You can also click on the information icon to view details about the drug you selected. Compare drug prices STEP 4 Compare drug prices Select “Check for the best price” to view the drug cost. ■ Choose the day supply. ■ Select your current location or search for a location by entering an address, city, state or zip code. ■ Click on the mail order tab at the top of the screen for mail order information. 3 © 2025 Navitus Health Solutions, LLC. • Settings Mobile App User Guide Pharmacies You can search for pharmacies in a certain area by using the “Pharmacies” tab. This feature is similar to the cost comparison map, but without showing drug prices. Pharmacy search results screen STEP 1 Select a location Search for a pharmacy by either selecting your current location or by typing in an address, city, state or zip code. Pharmacy search mileage selector STEP 2 Choose a radius Click on the mileage drop down to change the radius of your search. The default radius is five miles. Pharmacy search filter screen STEP 3 Select pharmacy criteria Narrow down your search by clicking on the filter button above the map to select the pharmacy criteria that best meets your needs. Pharmacy detailed information screen STEP 4 View results and pharmacy details Results are displayed on a map. Each pharmacy location is represented by a blue location pin. Click on the pin to view details about the pharmacy. A list view of pharmacies is also available. • Settings Mobile App User Guide Medicine Cabinet The medicine cabinet feature allows you to either view and save your current or past medications. This list can be shared with your healthcare provider. Current medications screen before using “Load my list” Current medications screen after using “Load my list” CURRENT MEDICATIONS Use the “Load my list” button to automatically add medications from your claim history. ■ When medications are added to this tab from Rx History, you are able to view drug information and images. ■ Use the “+” button in the lower right corner to manually add a medication to your current medications list. Medications added this way will not have drug information or images available. Rx history screen Rx HISTORY View medications that have been prescribed to you. You can adjust the time frame using the drop down at the top of the screen. ■ View a PDF form of your claim history using the “View as PDF” button. ■ Tap on a drug to view detailed information about all claims associated with that drug. ■ Add past medications to your current medications list by clicking “Add to current” 5 © 2025 Navitus Health Solutions, LLC. • Settings My Profile The My Profile tab includes useful information and settings for the member. My Profile screen FEATURE DESCRIPTIONS Member ID Card View a digital copy of your pharmacy ID card. Turn on the “View Offline” toggle at the top of the ID Card screen to access your ID card without having to log into the app. My Prescription Benefits Review your pharmacy benefits including copay amounts, out-of- pocket maximums and how much you have paid out-of-pocket for the plan year. Personal Information Update your personal information by adding your phone number to your account. The added information is used for easier two-factor authentication. You can also turn on the “Remember Email” function for a faster login experience. Account Settings Change your password or learn how to deactivate your account in this area. Favorite Pharmacies See the list of pharmacies that you marked as your favorites. You can also view a pharmacy’s detailed information by clicking on one of the pharmacies listed. Support Locate contact information for Navitus Cutomer Care and additional resources to assist you with your pharmacy benefits. Legal & Privacy The legal and privacy section provides access to the privacy policy and end user license agreement.
